About Us

In 1990 we, Jay and Lori Erckenbrack, started a company to produce jellies and syrups from Minnesota's own native berries.  Buying programs for berries and wild rice were begun on 3 of the Native American reservations to the North and also in our own area.  20 years later, we have 43 Minnesota produced food items.  Hand Harvested Lake Wild Rice & Cultivated Wild Rice, native berry jellies, jams & syrups, honeys, pancake mixes, soup mixes and so much more.  We are always looking to expand our product line, so expect more to come!
